Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Production Technician II for the Holland, MI facility. You will operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production and packaging equipment to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency in a state‑of‑the‑art aseptic environment.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, line changeovers, data recording, and minor adjustments, with a potential for domestic travel during training and a 2nd shift schedule (Mon‑Fri, 2:00pm–11:00pm).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting.
• 1 year of experience monitoring and performing product quality testing.
• Basic math skills for production calculations and loss analysis.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and stand on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment with a safety‑first approach.
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Record data and document process adjustments as required.
• Perform autonomous (AM) and preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Execute machine changeovers and sanitize equipment.
