Job summary

EUROCONTROL Maastricht Centre seeks a System Controller to monitor and operate MUAC’s ATM/CNS systems around the clock, ensuring safe air traffic services. You will interpret alarms, perform fault diagnosis, and coordinate first-line corrective actions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education EQF 5 or higher with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience with first-line occurrence handling and ITIL processes.
• Certificates of Competence and ATSEP or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate MUAC’s ATM/CNS systems and service provision autonomously.
• Interpret alarms, assess impact, and record actions per process.
• Fault diagnosis, reconfiguration, and coordination of corrective actions.
• Contribute to software/hardware verifications and system documentation.
• Draft clear technical reports and liaise with stakeholders on best practices.
