Job summary

AXIS Career is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing of sustainable raw materials in an agricultural sector company. You’ll work in a clean, modern production environment emphasizing quality and safety, with a 2-shift schedule and occasional day shifts.

You will supply materials, monitor processes in the clean room, operate packaging equipment and record production data to maintain quality standards. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operator or Production Worker in food production.
• Structured working style and good attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (and occasional day shifts).
• Good command of the English language.
• Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials to mixers to keep production running smoothly.
• Monitor sterilization and inoculation processes in the clean room.
• Operate packaging equipment and fill/inspect 2.5 kg bags.
• Record production parameters to ensure product quality.
• Clean equipment and work areas according to hygiene guidelines.
