Overview

As an HR intern, you will assist HR Generalist on all operational duties. Responsibilities range from recruitment, on/off-boarding, attendance management, employee relation and employee benefit management to periodic optimization projects. For this internship, we need to have a third-party internship agreement arranged with your school.

Responsibilities
  • Assist HR Generalist on recruitment and on/offboarding processes including job description drafting, CV screening, interview coordination, recruitment confirmation and trainings;
  • Responsible for attendance data management and analysis;
  • Assist HR Generalist on employee benefit management including but not limited to new benefits plan design, team building arrangement and other projects to improve employment experience;
  • Assist HR Generalist on payrolling and legal issues;
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related majors.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese. Excellent in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives and stress-resistance.
  • Good Office skills is preferred, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dutch reading and speaking skill will be a plus.
