As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as IT Intern, supporting our internal operations with technical assistance and gaining valuable real-world exposure in a fast-paced tech environment.

Position

IT Intern (Based in Sungai Petani)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, software, and network configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end-user technical needs.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Support IT documentation, inventory management, and internal helpdesk activities.
• Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and computer hardware.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Internship letter from university (if applicable).
