Zone Marketing Leader - Personal Health - JAPAC
The Zone Marketing Leader - JAPAC PH is responsible for integrating strategic decisions with financial success using deep customer insights, identifying market opportunities, representing PH JAPAC. The role leads strategic in sights, focusing on relevant content, brand strength, public relations and end consumer initiatives via Consumer care organisation
Your role:
Leads the vision and development of marketing strategies and plans by aligning overall marketing efforts, ensuring end-to-end marketing is effectively implemented, and aligning team competencies and capabilities with strategic needs.
Fosters a consumer and customer centric culture across the whole enterprise, leveraging internal and external expertise to generate data-driven insights to foster stronger innovation and engagement
Guides the development and implementation of the marketing strategy across touchpoints, covering media, digital roadmaps, CRM strategies, online experience, while facilitating digital transformation across businesses and markets.
Establishes clear objectives, strategies, initiatives, and metrics to reach overall business goals, and oversees complex marketing programs to build Marketing function capabilities across JAPAC.
Cultivates engagement and advocacy by enabling District Marketing Leaders in brand-led and digital communities, organizing and leading events, facilitating audience forums, collaborating with executive boards and site visits, and sharing best practices related to brand asset creation.
Oversees the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end consumer experience by equipping businesses, fostering marketing excellence, and directing strategic decisions on creative content, and touchpoint standards for owned and partner properties.
Enables District Marketing Leaders on budget planning, forecasting, and P&L management to optimize profitability and enhance financial performance.
Oversees consumer care and call centers, ensuring compliance with QMS and brand standards.
Drives marketing capabilities enhancement across the functions by partnering with Marketing CoE
You're the right fit if:
Preferably 10+ years of experience into the Marketing function of a large conglomerate.
Experience in driving Marketing efforts across multiple countries
Proficiency in budget planning, P&L Management, Marketing expertise and Digital transformation.
Preferably a master's degree in - Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
