Job description

Must be able to communicate in three languages: Mandarin (Chinese), Malay (Bahasa Malaysia), and English.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply—full training provided

Tech-savvy and able to handle basic hardware/software setups

Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced livestream environment

Detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and observation skills

Comfortable to speak occasionally on live (voice only)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support Livestream Setup & Operations

Set up and prepare the live room daily (PC, microphone, lighting, camera, etc.)

Open and run TikTok livestreams for the host using our system

Troubleshoot technical issues during livestreams (audio, system crash, lighting problems)

2. Monitor Livestream Sessions

Stay in the live room during the entire session to ensure smooth operations

Provide real-time feedback or support to the host (e.g. count down, voice assist, alert them about viewer questions)

3. Performance Feedback & Coordination

Observe and record host performance during livestreams

Prepare simple feedback or performance notes after each session for review

Coordinate with host and operations team for daily livestream improvement points

4. Audience Interaction Support

Help read and monitor comment sections

Respond to simple viewer questions via voice (no need to show face) to create a more lively atmosphere
