Job summary

HC Industrial Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking a registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book holder) to lead DOSH- and OSHA-compliant safety on our active construction sites in Malaysia. You will sign off statutory safety documents and champion a zero-accident culture on site.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, hazard management, toolbox talks, inductions, and incident investigations with reporting to the Project Manager and authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active 'Yellow Book' issued by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
• Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on safety management on active building construction or civil projects.
• Deep understanding of Malaysian safety laws, submission procedures, and site risk management.
• Strong leadership with ability to enforce safety rules with subcontractors and site workers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor for the project.
• Enforce DOSH/OSHA compliance on-site and sign off on required statutory safety documentation.
• Conduct rigorous daily site walks, safety audits, and hazard controls; stop unsafe work.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions for new workers, and emergency drills.
• Prepare and submit safety reports to the Project Manager and local authorities as required.
