The role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and safe storage of spare parts, strong leadership, and management skills are essential. The successful applicant will oversee workshop tools and equipment, ensuring safety compliance and effective management of policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing workshop tools and equipment.
  • Prior experience in a Coal-Fired Power Plant environment is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Job description

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor with strong leadership and inventory management skills to support our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team at a Coal-Fired Power Plant. This position is critical in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and safe storage of all spare parts and consumables required for plant operations.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the reliability and proper functioning of all workshop tools, including equipment related to civil works and heavy machinery.
  • Maintain and ensure the safety and security of the workshop area, particularly during maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and systems are well-understood, implemented, and executed effectively by all subordinates.
  • Take full responsibility for Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) compliance within the workshop area.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in a leadership role managing workshop tools and equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Prior experience as a Workshop Tools Leader, preferably within a Coal-Fired Power Plant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of Power Plant operations and systems.
  • Willing to Relocate to Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur
