A vehicle service company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, manage a team, and ensure compliance with safety standards and repair protocols. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, while maintaining high service quality. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all workshop activities, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and adherence to repair protocols.
  • Oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
  • Lead and manage a team of Service Advisor, Admin & Spare Parts, Senior Technician, and Technician.
  • Assign tasks based on individual skills and expertise.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, updates, and challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members when needed.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
  • Manage workshop inventory (tools, equipment, spare parts).
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and calibrated.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair jobs, parts used, and service details.
  • Generate and analyze workshop performance and efficiency reports.
  • Provide management with regular updates on workshop operations.
