1. Initiate, conceptualize, and execute the regional Workshop & Network Management strategy, aligning with the global Service & Network Management framework while considering regional market specifics and needs.
2. Drive engagement through workshop connections, concepts, loyalty programs, training programs, and downstream customer solutions to achieve targets at points of sale, repair, and decision (POS/POR/POD).
3. Enhance technical support and training capabilities within the region by developing, managing, and deploying a team of (technical) trainers.
4. Support and participate in relevant trade fairs and events within the region.
5. Collaborate effectively with key regional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
6. Lead and develop a team that is accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and passionate.

Your Profile as Workshop & Network Manager BL PC, AP:

1. Extensive knowledge of the distribution and workshop landscape in the passenger car aftermarket within the Asia-Pacific region.
2. Customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of transforming ideas from conceptualization to execution.
3. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
4. Preferred: Technical understanding of passenger car repair & service solutions.
