Workshop Manager (Logistics & Manufacturing)

Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, automotive technology, or a related discipline is beneficial.

Previous experience in workshop management, automotive repair, manufacturing, or related fields is required.

Must have good translation skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good communication skills and computer literacy are necessary.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
• Track trailer inventory, condition, and location; maintain maintenance and repair records.
• Use GPS tracking or fleet management software to monitor trailer location, optimize routing, and improve efficiency.
• Develop and manage budgets for trailer operations, including maintenance, repairs, fuel, and other costs.
• Manage drivers responsible for towing trailers, ensuring proper training, licensing, and safety compliance.
