Responsibilities

• Effectively oversaw technician productivity and coordinated efficient scheduling to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Assigned repair tasks to technicians while providing accurate service time estimates to assist Service Advisors in setting clear customer expectations.
• Ensured all repair orders and related administrative documentation were completed thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Monitored the status of out-of-service fleet vehicles and communicated regular updates to relevant teams to support operational continuity.
• Maintained a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment, ensuring tools and equipment were properly cared for and readily accessible.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess a minimum qualification of SKM Level II or a Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a similar role—such as Job Controller or Service Controller—would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage teams and workflow in an effective and respectful manner.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a professional attitude and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
