• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure workflow runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Supervise and guide technicians, mechanics, and other workshop personnel in their duties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Help maintain accurate records of jobs, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.
• Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks based on priority and staff availability.
• Conduct quality control checks on work performed.
• Support inventory control and ordering of tools, parts, and materials.
• Report any issues or delays to the Workshop Supervisor and suggest improvements.
• Stand in for the Workshop Supervisor during absences.
