- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM5,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians, mechanics, or other workshop staff.
- Ensure staff are trained, equipped, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and workload.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Prioritize and organize tasks based on deadlines and the availability of resources.
- Ensure smooth workflow and prevent bottlenecks by managing work distribution efficiently.
- Ensure that all work completed meets company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and address quality issues as they arise.
- Oversee the inventory of materials, tools, and spare parts to ensure the workshop runs smoothly.
- Order and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Track and manage the usage of materials to minimize waste and optimize resource use.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work completed, and materials used.
- Generate reports on workshop performance, efficiency, and staff activities.
- Address and resolve any operational problems or technical issues that may arise.
- Provide solutions to improve workflow efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or above.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Computer literate.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Required language(s): English & Malay, both written and verbal.
