Responsibilities:

Own It:

Oversee the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.

Define technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.

Evaluate and select technology platforms and solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.

Develop and maintain a technology roadmap, outlining key initiatives and investments.

Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient service delivery

Build Trust:

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.

Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.

Conduct technology assessments, identify emerging trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities.

Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for technology projects.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and build consensus on project goals and priorities.
