Job summary

Maybank Transaction Banking Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a fast-paced, professional team. The incumbent will provide advisory on working capital and cash management solutions and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing portfolio relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with product partners to deliver TB solutions, while deepening wallet share and cross-sell opportunities. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Results driven and fast learner.
• Good command in oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills, able to work as a team, as well as independently.
• Excellent organizing skills, analytical, assertive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and possesses own transport.
• Preferable with working experience related to Transaction Banking Sales and knowledge of Trade Finance, Cash Management, Supply Chain and Banking processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute positively towards the achievement of unit’s KPIs, performance and initiatives.
• Providing advisory on working capital solutions and cash management solutions covering CFS segment.
• Managing the assigned portfolio business relationships and deliver tiptop Customer’s Experience.
• Identifying new business sales pipeline which include up selling & cross selling.
• Driving and deepening the wallet size and utilization of TB’s solutions and services.
• Coordinate and correlate with all product partners and other channels within Maybank.
