The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Support the warehouse business in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment
  • Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within the team
  • Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented in the warehouse
  • Conduct data analyzes on performance such as targets, attrition, cost savings to develop insights and propose action plan for optimization, focusing on recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement.
  • Communicate and collaborate with with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess & negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency
  • Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
  • Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to upper management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or any related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in workforce management within e-Commerce, supply chain or similar industry
  • Analytical, detail oriented and is comfortable working with data
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and adaptable to changes
  • Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution
  • Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
