Job description

Job Resposibility:

• Rigorous Real Time Monitoring, Ensuring Service Levels getting met along with controlled abandonment rates & maximum schedule adherence
• Creating weekly/bi-weekly schedules/rosters
• Effective root cause analysis of day-to-day issues
• Generation of various types of data
• Identifying gaps i.e., performance metrics vs service level agreements
• Providing information in various formats as approved by management
• Making daily/weekly/monthly reports & dashboards for Operations and the leadership team

Requirement: -

• Experience in Work Force Management methodologies, Data Analytics, and Data Mining.
• Language Requirement: English language
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Macros (added advantage)
• Proficient in various PC applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outloo,k and Internet
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize while being self-directed
