Project: Workday Implementation

Employment: Fixed Term Contract

Duration: Until 30 June 2027

Job Description

The focus areas include but not limited to the following areas:

  • Identify and execute project tasks, including reviewing and documenting business processes.
  • Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements
  • Outline meeting minutes that are focused on action, and follow up on deliverables with the appropriate parties
  • Able to write project documentation including business process procedure, business impact analysis, training need analysis, communication and training materials
  • Able to facilitate project key stakeholders to execute stakeholder analysis, project business readiness and adoption plans
  • Facilitate in Project’s Go-live Planning and Preparation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the project.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field like business management, computer science or closely related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience as Business Analyst or closely related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills (engagement, presentation, written, and listening) skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project team stakeholders
  • Experience in tailoring communication to different audiences
  • Familiarity with relevant projects or communication tools and technologies e.g. Email, online bulletin, Smartsheet, SharePoint and others.
