Work you will do

As a globally recognized leader in consulting and Workday services, Deloitte’s Workday practice helps organizations harness the value of Workday’s platform combined with human and financial capital to deliver services to help drive business impact.

As a Workday professional, you will be responsible for assessing the HR needs of clients in designing, developing and integrating HCM software to meet those needs and testing and troubleshooting implemented software to find and resolve errors.

  1. Contribute to designing the Workday Learning module with clients; understand business requirements, demonstrate Workday solutions and configurations.
  2. Assist on test scripts and configurations during Learning implementation.
  3. Support the Integration team in developing integrations between Workday and third-party vendors related to Learning.
  4. Assist clients in transforming legacy data into Workday.
  5. Deliver successful project outcomes and develop lasting client relationships.
  6. Share and participate in knowledge transfer sessions with other consultants and supports.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  2. 2-3 years of experience in HRIS projects and development
  3. At least 1 year of project implementation & support experience in Workday Learning modules and touchpoints
  4. Strong foundation and understanding in Human Capital Management and consulting experience.
  5. Good understanding of key data warehousing fundamentals including modeling techniques like dimensional model creation
  6. Knowledge of Workday Integration would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  1. Previous consulting experience with consulting/software company required.
  2. Experience in deploying multiple HCM projects.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
