A leading financial services organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Workday Learning Module Lead. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Workday Learning Module Lead to oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday Learning module. This role will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Learning, collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the module aligns with organizational learning strategies and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module Ownership & Strategy
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday Learning.
    • Define and execute the roadmap for Workday Learning in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Learning-related initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with HR, Talent Development, Learning, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.

  • System Configuration & Optimization
    • Configure learning campaigns, courses, programs, and certifications within Workday.
    • Manage content providers and integrations (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft).
    • Monitor system performance and user engagement, recommending improvements.

  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and change management.

  • Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Workday Learning issues.
    • Collaborate with Workday support and community to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or Learning Management Systems, with at least 2 years in Workday Learning.
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture and business processes.
  • Experience with learning content management, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with EIBs.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards.
