White On White (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding its in-house team and seeks a WordPress & WooCommerce Developer to join full-time. You will work on a major website revamp, diagnose issues, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions alongside SEO and marketing colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of professional WordPress/WooCommerce experience, strong Elementor skills, and a good grasp of technical SEO and analytics integration to improve user experience and organic performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional WordPress/WooCommerce experience.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugin architecture.
• Experience converting designs into responsive, accessible pages.
• Familiarity with Elementor and page builders.
• Understanding of technical SEO and analytics implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce sites.
• Convert approved blueprints into responsive live pages.

About the Role

To support our aggressive expansion plans, we are transitioning from freelance technical support to bringing a dedicated, Full-Time WordPress & WooCommerce Developer in-house.

We are looking for an experienced developer to support an important website revamp and resolve our current technical backlog. This is a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose problems, implement reliable solutions, and maintain the website consistently - not just build pages. You will work closely with our SEO and Marketing teams to improve website stability, user experience, tracking, and organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Convert approved blueprints and mockups into accurate, responsive live pages.
• Customise WordPress themes, child themes, plugins, and Elementor components.
• Maintain product pages, shopping carts, checkout processes, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, plugin conflicts, broken layouts, and website errors.
• Maintain canonical tags, hreflang, schema markup, breadcrumbs, and XML sitemaps.
• Resolve technical SEO issues involving crawling, indexing, duplicate content, and broken internal links.
• Implement GA4, Google Tag Manager, data layers, pixels, and WooCommerce conversion tracking.
• Improve page speed, database efficiency, image delivery, and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage staging, quality assurance, deployment, backups, security, and plugin updates.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of professional experience as a WordPress, WooCommerce, or Web Developer.
• Working knowledge of WordPress development.
• Experience with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.
• Experience converting desktop and mobile designs into responsive websites.
• Practical understanding of technical SEO.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and WooCommerce e-commerce tracking.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment gateways, CRM integrations, Git, and staging environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to manage priorities and respond promptly to critical website issues.
