About Us

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who excels at building WordPress websites and has a strong eye for design. You will own the full journey from concept to final site design in Figma and translate your own mockups into high‑quality, responsive WordPress builds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior team members.
• Design high‑converting, responsive website layouts and interfaces using Figma.
• Develop fully custom WordPress themes based on your Figma designs (no reliance on pre‑made templates).
• Build and maintain sites using Elementor Pro, custom HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsiveness across all devices.
• Integrate and configure essential plugins (e.g., Elementor Pro, RankMath SEO, WooCommerce).
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Maintain and update websites, perform bug fixes, and implement feature enhancements.
• Lead technical problem‑solving and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and designers to deliver client solutions on time.

Experience

• Ability to lead projects and manage deadlines effectively.
• 4+ years of WordPress development experience, including building custom themes.
• Proven ability to design in Figma and translate designs into clean, functional WordPress sites.
