Job Description:

Client is looking for a Level 2 Wintel Support Engineer with a solid understanding of Windows server environments and basic networking. The role involves day-to-day support, incident resolution, and coordination with L3 teams for escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Windows servers (2016/2019/2022).
• Perform user and server issue troubleshooting (AD, DNS, DHCP, file shares).
• Monitor system health, handle alerts, and apply approved patches.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP conflicts, connectivity, DNS).
• Collaborate with L3 and network teams for complex issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Wintel support.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, ping/traceroute, subnetting).
