Job description

Key Responsibilites:

• Responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory running critical business services.
• Participate in infrastructure implementation project, system implementation for production, testing and development, disaster recovery.
• Involved in Incident Management/Change Management/Problem Management and ensure ticket / issue are solve within SLA.
• Plan and perform system maintenance, OS and security patches.
• Troubleshoot and report system incident/problems and anomalies.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and reports.
• Setup IT policies, standard operating procedures, change management to ensure standardized environments.
• Create/build and maintain scripts to automate the support of Windows based servers.
• Manage vendor in day-to-day operation and infrastructure projects.
• Able to support cloud infrastructure with knowledge of EC2. Experience in server migration to the cloud is an added advantage.
  Minimum Job Requirements (Education & Experience):
• Diploma / Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferable to have at least 3 or 4 years of working experience in the related field or IT Banking Industry
