Fiberlink is seeking a Carrier Settlement & Finance Lead to own wholesale Voice IDD and A2P SMS billing, traffic reconciliation, credit monitoring and carrier settlement activities.

You will work closely with the Commercial Lead on partner balances, billing validation, disputes and collections, while coordinating with technical teams on traffic records and rating accuracy. This hands-on role protects cash and ensures accurate invoicing and payment flows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; professional qualifications encouraged.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with telecom billing or settlement platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English with disciplined follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Own wholesale Voice IDD and A2P SMS billing, traffic reconciliation and carrier settlement.
• Validate customer and supplier invoices, investigate billing discrepancies and rating exceptions.
• Monitor prepaid balances, credit exposure, collections and payment terms; support risk management.
• Coordinate settlements, disputes and payment control with Commercial and technical teams.
• Produce monthly revenue, route-cost, gross-profit, receivables and cash reports; support group reporting.
