About the role

As a Wholesale Pharmacist at Allied Pharmacy Sdn Bhd (a member of Pharmex Group), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare providers across West Malaysia. This full-time position is based in our Kuala Lumpur warehouse, where you will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy operations and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the processing, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products to meet customer orders and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control to minimise shortages and maximise product availability
• Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and support to our pharmacy customers, helping them to optimise their operations
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Mentoring and training junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to develop their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (eligible to obtain License A)
• Malaysians only
• Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must at least possess a B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree.
• Languages required: English, Mandarin, Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• A commitment to continuous improvement and a demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements

Working hours

5 days work per week with shift. Not required to work on Sundays and public holidays. Opening hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon - Friday), 8:30am to 1pm (Sat)
