Job summary

Bauer (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced wheel loader operator for construction sites in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves loading crushed stone/aggregate, transporting materials, and maintaining continuous operation of stone column rigs on site.

Key qualifications include a SPM or equivalent, JPJ Class H license, 3+ years on-site experience, and ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. Physical fitness is essential.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent.
• JPJ Driving License Class H and competent person in handling wheel loader.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction sites.
• Ground-improvement site experience is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loader including transport and load crushed stone/aggregate into the hopper or feeding skips to maintain continuous operation of the stone column rig.
• Perform daily pre-start and post-start checks (checking hydraulic fluid, engine oil, tires/tracks, and bucket teeth) to ensure they are in good condition
• Follow strict site traffic rules, maintain safe distances from operating piling/vibro rigs
• Keep loading areas clear, stable, and safe from excessive mud or loose aggregate spillages
• Follow the instructions, meeting the process guideline and direction, achieving production targets
