Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Assistant- Wellness for Bandar Puchong. You will set up the sales and promotion areas according to layout, prepare merchandise for stock takes, and manage returns and damaged goods with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

You will also participate in monthly stock takes, assist with cashier duties, and attend trainings as required. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM, or equivalent.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Pleasant, neat, warm, friendly and confident personality.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, long hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up sales / promotion area according to confirmed layout and ensure cleanliness and sufficient POP.
• Prepare merchandise for stock takes.
• Do P.A or return damaged merchandise to supplier.
• Become counter for monthly stock taking.
• Attend trainings when required and needed.
• Handle cashiering during shifts.
