Job summary

Coway (M) Sdn. Bhd is looking for a proactive sales representative to promote and sell water purifiers, air purifiers, mattresses, and other wellness products.

You will identify potential customers through referrals, social media, events, roadshows, and personal networks, and conduct engaging product demonstrations. Understand customer needs to recommend suitable Coway products, follow up to close sales, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with new customers.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Proficient with WhatsApp, social media, and basic digital tools for engagement.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Willing to attend training and sales activities.
• Own transportation is an advantage for visits and roadshows.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or direct selling (preferred).
• Existing customer or network contacts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Coway products across categories.

• Deliver product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and promotions.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Coway products.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales.
