• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields from institutions of higher learning.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in managing spa and wellness, with in-depth knowledge of spa therapy and wellness programs.
• Possess a positive attitude, detail-oriented, high work commitment, strong analytical capabilities, and able to lead and coach team members.
• Possess innovative thinking skills, be creative, and capable of generating new ideas and learning new business models/market trends.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to sell new ideas and concepts.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute the strategic business plan for the wellness business.
• Collaborate with potential partners and build awareness of our products and services.
• Introduce wellness products and services.
• Generate sales and attract new clients.
