Job summary

TKR Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Well Services Engineer to plan, coordinate, and support well services operations across the well lifecycle in Malaysia. You will provide engineering support for well intervention, stimulation, completion, testing, and production enhancement, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Well Services or related disciplines within Oil & Gas.
• Experience planning offshore and/or onshore well services operations.
• Knowledge of well services technologies, well integrity principles, and production optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering programmes and operational procedures for well services activities per client specs and company standards.
• Review well history, production data, integrity status, and objectives to select suitable well service solutions.
• Prepare engineering calculations, work packs, risk assessments and contingency plans.
• Coordinate planning with drilling, production, well intervention, and P&A teams.
• Monitor and support well services operations and field personnel during execution.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve operational issues and ensure proper reporting.
