Job summary

ZHENGXI TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD in Sepang, Malaysia is seeking skilled welders with proficiency in TIG, MIG, Stick and Flux-Cored welding. English proficiency and attention to detail are required, with weekend and overtime availability. Experience in manufacturing adds an advantage.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, producing per specifications, conducting QA tests, troubleshooting, optimizing material usage, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding safety and shop floor rules.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience across multiple processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow product specs.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Read technical drawings and manufacture the product based on requirements.
• Report to Engineer or assigned supervisor.
• Perform quality assurance tests to ensure designs meet specs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Optimize material usage and reduce waste.
• Follow improvement and cost saving projects.
• Ensure timely readiness of produced goods.
• Manage tooling and handle with care.
• Maintain safety and shop floor rules.
• Adhere to Occupational Safety regulations and company standards.

Able to do TIG, MIG, Stick and Flux-Cored Welding WITH MIN 3YRS EXPERIENCES

Proficiency in English.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.

Available to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibility

Able to read technical drawings and manufacture the product base on product requirements.

Report to Engineer or his assigned.

Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Optimize material usage and reduce waste material.

To follow all improvement/cost saving project.

Ensure accuracy and timely readiness of goods produced under his responsibility.

Manage the tooling and handle with care.

Responsible for personal safety and safe conduct as not to endanger others or company’s properties.

Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.

Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
