Website Programmer
Job Purpose:

To support the school’s technology infrastructure by developing and maintaining school websites, internal systems, and digital platforms. This role ensures smooth IT operations, enhances user experience for staff, students, and parents, and contributes to the school’s digital innovation and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Web Development and Maintenance
  • Develop, manage, and update the school’s official website(s) and microsites.

  • Ensure all websites are mobile-responsive, secure, and user-friendly.

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely publication of school announcements, events, and content.

System and Software Development
  • Design and maintain internal web-based systems (e.g., student information systems, teacher portals, attendance tracking, digital forms).

  • Customize or build digital tools to automate routine school administrative processes.

  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration and Training
  • Work closely with academic and admin staff to identify digital needs and recommend solutions.

  • Conduct basic digital literacy workshops or tutorials for staff if needed.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors or developers for larger IT projects.

Marketing

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions or school open days

HR Assistant cum Admin

1. Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.

    • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.

    • Conduct employee inductions and orientation sessions.

  • Employee Records & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.

    • Ensure timely updates of employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

  • Attendance

    • Monitor daily attendance and leave applications using HR systems.

  • Employee Welfare & Engagement

    • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

    • Plan and coordinate employee welfare activities and engagement programmes.

  • Policy Implementation

    • Support performance review processes and staff development tracking.

2. Administrative Responsibilities
  • Office Administration

    • Oversee general office operations including cleanliness, security, and maintenance.

    • Manage office supplies and stationery – procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.

  • Documentation & Filing

    • Maintain proper filing systems for both HR and administrative documents.

    • Handle correspondence, memorandums, and internal communications.

  • Support to Management

    • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, memos, and presentations for management review.

    • Assist in organizing meetings, school events, and travel arrangements.

  • Regulatory & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain required HR documentation.

    • Support audits, inspections, and any official compliance requirements.

  • Other Duties

    • Provide administrative support across departments when needed.

    • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management or school leadership.
