This position is part of the IT Value Chain Solutions Supply Chain COE, providing support, solutions, consultation, and development services to internal application users worldwide. You will be part of a team delivering world-class support for key enterprise applications that drive Keysight's business.

As an experienced web development professional (frontend and backend), you will join a dynamic team building the next-generation collaboration platform between Keysight and its main external business partners. You will use the latest tools and technologies, build capabilities alongside business counterparts, and showcase your projects to peers and IT management. Additionally, you will work on integration development between Keysight cloud solutions and our core ERP cloud environment.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical solutions and system architecture recommendations to develop scalable web applications using Angular for frontend and Java Spring Boot for backend, integrating data from MySQL and Oracle.
2. Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.
3. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline, integrating Git for source control.
4. Participate actively in the DevOps Scrum team responsible for maintaining and developing Keysight’s Supply Chain collaboration platform.
5. Perform system analysis, suggest technical solutions for new enhancements and defects on the platform.
6. Collaborate with SysOps to ensure platform stability and security.
7. Work with business teams to refine requirements and recommend best approaches.
8. Maintain documentation and follow best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or related field, with at least 5 years of web development experience.
• Proven knowledge in frontend (Angular), backend (Java Spring Boot), and database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL).
• Experience or interest in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and OCI platform is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working with a global team and customer base.
• Willingness to challenge norms and pursue continuous improvement.
