Job description

To support and execute A&W wealth learning process and coaching initiatives and work closely with Centre Manager and other Sales Management team to ensure learning are applied to perform to expectation and champion any new wealth sales process initiatives

  • To conduct field sales observation exercise either face to face or remote to identify knowledge and skills gap for coaching especially for WMA and new joiners
  • To provide constructive feedback to internal stakeholders like products, proposition and other channels to improve and identify new simplified processes and business opportunities
  • To conduct training and coaching on sales tools like CRMS/ financial advisory tools, Adobe or any other wealth process related training to wealth team from time to time
  • To ensure regular update and review of sales quality metrics with wealth sales team, to ensure adherence to the RHB wealth sales process and mitigate any sales quality findings
  • Deliver fast track process related training programs to develop team for next career journey within wealth family
  • To conduct join customer portfolio reviews and explore/identify customer needs for appointments making and thereafter attend joint meeting where required for especially for WMA and new joiners
  • Conduct sales assessments exercise as and when needed to ensure our sales team are observing and practicing the banks sales process and quality guidelines mainly WMA and new joiners
