• The Personal Banker focus specializes in unlicensed Sales staff.
• Includes maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition.
• Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels.
• This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
