Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager in Johor to grow a wealth portfolio and deliver personalized financial solutions. You will build long-term relationships with high-value customers and identify opportunities to expand their wealth while ensuring excellent service.

You will provide expert advice on investments, insurance, and banking products, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
