Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banking Relationship Manager to build lasting relationships with customers, understand their financial goals, and drive business growth in a dynamic bank environment.

You will tailor investment, insurance, and banking solutions, deliver proactive service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of banking/finance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and relationship-building track record.
• Solid product knowledge across investments, insurance, and banking.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, with client-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow their wealth.
