The position is responsible for supporting the sales head in driving sales performance, managing key partnerships, and executing strategic initiatives across bancassurance channels. The role involves leading sales teams in wealth management, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve canopy targets.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to drive bancassurance product performance across all branches.
  • Lead, coach, and support sales teams to achieve targets in APE and NBP.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide timely feedback, support, and interventions as needed.
  • Coordinate with bank partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and campaign execution.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to build team capability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CFP preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role in wealth management.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and bancassurance.
  • Sales and achievement-oriented with a positive mindset and a good team-player attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
