Hong Leong Bank Malaysia seeks a Private & Priority Banking lending specialist to support RMs, ICs and Product Specialists in delivering credit solutions and a seamless client experience.

You will build pipelines, pre-screen lending requests, structure loan proposals and guide clients through the application journey, ensuring compliance and robust risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross teams with stakeholders be it RMs, ICs, Credit, Ops to drive wealth lending product awareness and activity across the Bank’s sales distribution network.
• Partner with RMs and ICs to structure tailored account plans with financing solutions for Private and Priority Banking clients.
• Join in new prospect and client meetings with RMs / ICs to assess client’s needs and perform advisory on wealth lending propositions (e.g., Portfolio Financing, OD-UT, Share Margin).
• Monitor the lending portfolio for signs of weakness / overconcentration in any 1 asset class and recommend solutions to de-risk.
