Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking graduates or professionals to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and financial advisory to a diverse customer base. The role emphasizes cross-selling, relationship building, and post-sale support in a busy consumer finance environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in sales and financial planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university / college.
Interest in financial planning, investment and in sales.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
Possess a valid driving license & own transport.

Responsibilities

Provide one-stop banking solutions to customers.
Provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
Provide good after-sales service and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity.
Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters.
