Job summary

OCBC's Consumer Financial Services (CFS) in Malaysia seeks a motivated professional to provide one-stop banking solutions, offer financial advisory, promote cross-sell of products, and proactively nurture long-term customer relationships.

Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates welcome; sales or service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, driving license with own transport, and interest in financial planning and sales are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university.
• Interest in financial planning, investment, and sales.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of sales or service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport; certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide “one-stop” banking solutions to customers.
• Provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
• Proactively manage and build long term customer relationships.
• Provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity.
• Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters.
