Build relationships with clients, understand goals, and plan across insurance, assets, estate, retirement and wealth management. Comprehensive training and mentoring are provided. The role offers commission-based earnings with bridging income; Tier 1 and Tier 2 monthly ranges are disclosed during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ circumstances, priorities and long-term goals.
• Support planning needs across insurance, asset and income protection, estate and legacy planning, business succession, education, retirement and wealth management.
• Explain appropriate solutions within your appointed scope, involving specialists or partners where required.
• Follow through on client enquiries, documentation and ongoing service.
• Develop your knowledge through training and mentoring.
• Plan and track your prospecting, appointments and follow-up activities.
