OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant to manage a portfolio of high-value customers, provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products, and develop sales strategies to expand the client base.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences, stay informed on market trends, and continually grow customer relationships while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
