Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will play a role in accounting & financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial health of our multi-industry organization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for agriculture, property development, and contracting divisions.
• Audits & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multi-sector organizations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. UBS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is essential).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
