A leading company in water treatment is seeking a Water Treatment Service Technician based in Johor Bahru. The role requires significant travel to customer sites, focusing on outdoor work and hands-on service tasks. Job description

This job opening is for the position of Water Treatment Service Technician.

Successful candidate will be based in the Johor Bahru, Senai districts.

Extensive domestic travel required. If you do not like to spend a lot of time driving to see customers, please do not apply. This is a position that requires a lot of driving and working OUTDOORS on customer sites.

Company vehicle will be provided when traveling to site.

Must posses a valid driver's license.

Must be able to drive manual vehicle.

This job can also be physical at times.

Report directly to the Group Service Manager which oversees the service requirement for all sites in Malaysia.

Work closely with the Group Watercare Manager, as well as several directors in the group.

NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB. You will be constantly working outdoors on customer sites.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Diploma (Chemical), Chemistry, Mechanical or equivalent.

Please NO bachelors degree applicants

Able to work independently without constant supervision.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to prepare and submit reports on time.

Experience in cooling tower and boiler water treatment will be an added advantage.

Experience in waste water treatment will be an added advantage.

Experience in cleaning chemicals and CIP processes will be an added advantage.

Salary between RM 3,000 to RM 5,000 depending on experience.
