Warranty Executive (Automotive Aftersales)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Aftersales Technical Support & Warranty to oversee after-sales operations, warranty management, and customer support. The role involves close coordination with dealers, branches, and principals to ensure efficient service delivery, timely warranty claims, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with branches, dealers, and principal (WTCA).
• Establish, manage, and coordinate after-sales SOPs and processes (service administration, customer database, warranty process, etc.).
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with principal’s technical team to resolve warranty issues.
• Provide warranty enquiry support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of warranty claims.
• Coordinate and manage spare parts operations to ensure sufficient supply.
• Monitor and improve after-sales operations, warranty, parts, and service performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive, preferably with mechanical or warranty background.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in after-sales operations (workshop, parts, warranty, or services).
• Knowledgeable in after-sales processes and warranty management.
• Strong self-learning skills with a willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
