Job summary

An automotive technology company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a professional to analyze warranty claims and engage with OEMs and dealers to solve warranty concerns. The role involves statistical data analysis, customer interface, and cross-functional team communication.   • Detect field claim spikes and analyze factors until 15th of each month.
  • Interface with OEM quality and service teams to support warranty concerns.
  • Analyze raw warranty data from customers and escalate quality risks.

Job description

Field Early Warning Procedure
  • Detect field claim spikes with FEW triangles, analyze factors, create red flag until 15th of each month.
  • Link VIM with Red flag within 48h: use VIM if known issue or VIM FEW to ensure the quick collection of the “Right” parts.
  • Monitor the 3MIS claims for each claims category and confirm the efficiency of containment actions.
  • Maintain customer part number in WINGS to ensure compliance with Valeo product hierarchy.
Field Returns Analysis
  • Secure warranty return samples, follow the Valeo warranty part analysis procedure, and comply with Customer and Valeo Warranty QRQC requirements, including respect of timing.
OEM, Dealer, and End User Interface
  • Interface with OEM quality and service teams, dealers, and end users to support warranty concerns and collect detailed field data. Present findings logically to customers as required.
Defining Warranty Liability with Customer
  • Analyze warranty parts technically, present the percentage of Valeo liability on failures, and reach agreement on warranty liability.
Statistical Analysis of Customer Warranty Data
  • Analyze raw warranty data from customers, draw conclusions, and escalate any quality or cost risks.
Cross-Functional Team Communication
  • Communicate customer feedback and field analysis to different teams within the organization and facilitate solutions using QRQC methodology.
